1. Payment via Bank Transfer (SINGAPORE)

  • Our new website UI allows you to purchase and choose 'Bank Deposit' as your mode of payment at checkout.
  • Follow the instructions given at checkout.
  • You have 48 hours to bank transfer the exact amount of your order will be cancelled automatically. 
 2. Shipping / Delivery (SINGAPORE)
  • All orders are posted out using Singpost (Singapore Courier Service).
  • All orders will be charged a standard shipping and handling fee for Normal Mailing.
  • We will NOT be held responsible for any Lost Mail via Normal Mailing.
  • We highly recommend Registered Mail because your order will come with a Tracking Number and we will be able to track it.
  • For Registered Mailing, please include the S$2.50 "Registered Postage Fee" item in your cart.
  • *Orders will be sent out to Singpost 2-5 working days after completion of payment. It will take 1-3 working days for Singpost to post your order to you.
  • If you do not receive an email stating your order has been posted out after ONE week, please contact us.

3. Return Policy (SINGAPORE)

  • Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • We only accept returns/exchange when the goods have defects. Non-defective goods will not be eligible to exchanges/returns.
  • Additional non-returnable items:

  • To complete your return, we require your receipt order in an email. Do email us at info@livehighsg.com for instructions to return address.

  • Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at info@livehighsg.com.
  • Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@livehighsg.com.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Shipping / Delivery (INTERNATIONAL)

  • All orders will be charged a standard shipping and handling fee for INTERNATIONAL MAILING.
  • The international shipping mailing option will be inclusive of registered mail with a tracking number.
  • We will email you your tracking number as soon as we post out your order.
  • Please allow 10-14 working days for your order to arrive (unless otherwise stated).

 5. Return Policy (INTERNATIONAL)

  • We are unable to support return policy for international orders at the moment.
  • However, we will ensure that we will do strict quality check to ensure there is no defect with the item.
  • Please choose your sizes carefully.

 6. Care for the tees

  • Wash before the first wear and experience the tee magically becomes soft.
  • Follow the wash care instructions which can be found on the custom printed necktag.
